About the role

For our fast growing and ambitious team at UTURN we are looking for a Growth Manager. You will be in charge of the (international) growth of the UTURN platform. Besides connecting the dots between marketing, sales, product and operations in a structured way, you will work closely with the country managers and the Launch team to achieve your main goal: expanding the UTURN platform into new markets and reducing the time to “launch”. Leading the “go to market” team you will have the opportunity to pinpoint new potential markets and travel to (and stay in) new markets during the launch and after.

Responsibilities

  • Launch the UTURN platform successfully in new markets
  • Define, monitor, and improve on launching metrics and KPI’s
  • Translate customer questions to product localization requirements for the platform
  • Find, hire, and manage local UTURN’ers in different markets
  • Identify growth opportunities in current and new markets and advice management

Requirements

An experienced grower that wants to bring our company to the next stage of growth:

  • At least 5 year of (international) experience in a fast growing company
  • Experience and interest in the transport and logistics sector
  • Able and willing to regularly travel to and temporarily stay in new markets
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
  • Additional (European) languages are a plus

Terms and conditions

  • Wage indication: €60k - €80k
  • Holidays: 24 holidays & 3.5 ATV days, total 27.5 per year (for full-time FTE)
  • Holiday allowance of 8%
  • Commute costs: €0,21 per km
  • Home office compensation: €2,15 per day
  • Pension: employee part paid by employer (+€3k at the age of 36 at €80k wage)
