To further accelerate our growth in Germany we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s ready to make an impact.
Your Role
As our Customer Success Manager for Germany, you’ll be the go-to person for both shippers and carriers on our platform. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new users, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our customers get the most out of UTURN.
You are customer-focused, proactive, and understand the ins and outs of container logistics. Whether it’s onboarding a new shipping company, guiding a carrier through their first booking, or solving a challenge on the spot—you’re the face of UTURN to our German-speaking users.
What You’ll Do
Guide new shippers and carriers through onboarding and setup
Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from sign-up to first successful transport
Maintain and grow relationships with your own customer portfolio in Germany
Identify opportunities to increase customer usage and satisfaction
Translate customer feedback into product improvements
Host platform demos and customer training sessions
Attend and support at relevant logistics events in the region
Job requirements
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within logistics or supply chain
Familiarity with container transport is a strong plus
Fluent in German and professional in English or Dutch
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently
Experience with SaaS or platform-based businesses is a bonus
