To further accelerate our growth in Germany we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s ready to make an impact.

Your Role

As our Customer Success Manager for Germany, you’ll be the go-to person for both shippers and carriers on our platform. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new users, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our customers get the most out of UTURN.

You are customer-focused, proactive, and understand the ins and outs of container logistics. Whether it’s onboarding a new shipping company, guiding a carrier through their first booking, or solving a challenge on the spot—you’re the face of UTURN to our German-speaking users.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new shippers and carriers through onboarding and setup

  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from sign-up to first successful transport

  • Maintain and grow relationships with your own customer portfolio in Germany

  • Identify opportunities to increase customer usage and satisfaction

  • Translate customer feedback into product improvements

  • Host platform demos and customer training sessions

  • Attend and support at relevant logistics events in the region

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within logistics or supply chain

  • Familiarity with container transport is a strong plus

  • Fluent in German and professional in English or Dutch

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently

  • Experience with SaaS or platform-based businesses is a bonus
